I elk hunt in southern Colorado and the area I hunt always has animals in it. The hunting is a bit rough with mandatory walking and packing but it's worth it. Great camp location also...

Can put ya in elk country and Always need new hunting buddies .... there’s over the counter elk tags available. Can give ya lodging

Public land black bear hunting access (9/2-9/30). Tag is valid in Colorado in units: 35, 36, 361, 44, 444, 45. Good bear units, lots of bruins harvested in this area every year. Tons of public land.

Hunt units 70, 62, 65, or 71 based out of well appointed cabin with shower and full kitchen. Land owner deer tags may be available. Best time will be 2nd or 3rd rifle for easy OTC tags.

Excellent pheasant hunting in northeast Colorado
